Woodstock Repiping Co. ("we") runs a referral service. It connects homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals who perform repiping work. This site and its phone line do not themselves perform plumbing work, and nothing here creates a contractor relationship between you and us.

All work is performed by independent contractors, who are responsible for their own work, schedules, tools, employees and business decisions. They are not agents or employees of this referral service. Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and the contractor, including its scope and terms and any workmanship guarantee the contractor offers, which the contractor describes and honors according to its own terms.

Calls are answered around the clock; technician arrival depends on availability. Same-day or emergency dispatch is offered where available, but we cannot promise that a technician will be available at a given time or place. Availability depends on the contractors serving your area and on the job.

The articles, descriptions and answers on this site are general information about repiping in homes. They are not professional advice, an inspection, a diagnosis or an assessment of your property. Pipe materials, building years and conditions vary from house to house, and only a technician who sees your plumbing can tell you what it needs. Questions about permits, insurance or a home sale should go to the relevant professional or provider.

Timeframes and outcomes mentioned in conversation are general unless the contractor confirms them in an agreement with you. Nothing said on a call by us is a commitment on behalf of a contractor.

Please use the site and phone line for genuine inquiries about your own home or a property you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk or misuse the call-tracking numbers.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent contractors, for damage arising from plumbing work, or for losses from relying on the general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

The site may load images and fonts from third-party providers. Their services are governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue and dispute resolution are set out in the agreement between you and the contractor.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept it. The privacy policy and the referral disclosure form part of how this site operates.
