Woodstock Repiping Co. ("we") runs a referral website and phone line that connects homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals. This policy describes the information involved when you browse the site or call. It does not describe the practices of the independent contractors, who handle their own customer information under their own policies.

We use this information to answer your call, understand your plumbing question, decide whether a local technician can help and arrange a visit when you ask for one. We also use it to check call quality, improve the pages on this site and check whether the phone number is working as intended.

The phone number shown on this site is a call-tracking number. It is operated by a service provider that forwards your call and records the call details described above. When you ask for a technician, the details needed to arrange the visit are passed to the independent contractor who will handle it. Service providers that host this site or process calls may use information only to perform those services.

The pages also load fonts and photographs from third-party providers (Google Fonts and Pexels). When your browser requests those files, the providers can see technical details such as your IP address under their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use phone call content to build advertising profiles of individuals. Details needed to arrange a visit are shared with the contractor handling it, as described above.
